[공지] 뉴라이트 매국행위 조사위원회 결성식 안내


뉴라이트의 역사 왜곡과 친일 행적을 바로잡기 위한 뉴라이트 매국행위 조사위원회 결성식이 개최됩니다. 본 행사에서는 뉴라이트의 실태를 점검하고, 역사 정의를 바로 세우기 위한 방향을 논의할 예정입니다.

장소: 국회도서관 대강당

이번 행사는 발기인 대회가 포함되지 않으며, 본격적인 활동을 위한 결성식으로 진행됩니다.

이번 결성식은 전국역사단체협의회 및 우리역사바로알기 의원모임이 함께하며, 역사 정의를 위한 의미 있는 첫걸음이 될 것입니다. 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

[Announcement] New Right Pro-Japanese Acts Investigation Committee Inauguration Ceremony

​

To rectify historical distortions and pro-Japanese actions by the New Right, the New Right Pro-Japanese Acts Investigation Committee will hold its inauguration ceremony. This event will assess the realities of the New Right’s historical narratives and discuss future directions to uphold historical justice.

Date & Time: Monday, March 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM

Venue: National Assembly Library Grand Auditorium

Please note that this event does not include a founding members' meeting and will proceed as an official inauguration ceremony.

The event is organized with the participation of the National Association of Historical Organizations and the Lawmakers’ Forum for Correcting Our History, composed of young lawmakers from the Democratic Party of Korea. This will be a significant step toward restoring historical truth. We encourage your interest and participation.

Many accounts claim that Han China (c. 202 BCE – 220 CE) held uncontested military hegemony over all of East Asia. In that case, what role did Goryeo (Koryŏ), i.e. ‘Coree,’ actually play in this vast geopolitical arena? Was Han’s hegemony truly absolute, or should we instead recast East Asia as a multipolar system in which Goryeo occupied a central hub position?

At first glance, it is almost taken for granted in standard textbooks and popular history that Han China was the undisputed military superpower from roughly the 3rd century BCE through the early 3rd century CE, effectively “dominating” all of East Asia. However, if we broaden our perspective to view “Eastern Eurasia” as a dynamic, multipolar network—comprising nomadic steppe confederations, Korean kingdoms, maritime states, and successive Chinese dynasties—then it becomes clear that Han was just one powerful node among many. In fact, from a “Major Coree Theory” standpoint, Goryeo (918 – 1392) emerges as the strategic hub that linked northern steppes, the Korean Peninsula, the maritime world, and the Chinese heartland.
